Time is running out for Graham Potter to change Chelsea\u2019s fortunes and the former Brighton manager will face a strong test in the Premier League this weekend against Tottenham Hotspur. Despite spending over \u00a3600 million in transfers over the last two windows, the results have only been underwhelming for the Blues as they continue to struggle in England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, Jorginho has also talked about the way he joined city rivals Arsenal on the transfer deadline day. Having spent four and a half years with Chelsea, the Italian midfielder was a crucial member of their side but given their recent transfer spending, Jorginho came to realise that he was no longer in his side\u2019s plans for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
